Kencotube is an expertise in producing SS 316H Pipes & Tubes, which use nickel to maintain an austenitic composition at lower temperatures. SS 316 Tubes is a group of austenitic stainless steels with superior corrosion resistance to stainless steel 304. Stainless Steel 316H Tubes is suitable for welding because it has carbon content lower than SS 301 to SS 303 series of alloys to avoid carbide precipitation in welding applications. Alloy 316H Pipes Tubes is often used in equipment in the chemical, food, paper, mining, and pharmaceutical and petroleum industries. Grade 316H Pipes Tubes also offer higher creep, stress-to-rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperatures, excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties, and they are well suited for fabricated or formed applications. 316H Stainless Steel Pipes Tubes is ideally suited for applications requiring corrosion resistance superior to SS 304 and has good elevated temperature strength.
Stainless Steel 316H Seamless Pipes is very often used in weighty gauge welded parts. Stainless Steel 316H Welded Pipes is considered resistant to pitting corrosion in potable water with up to about 1000mg/L chlorides at ambient temperatures, reducing to about 300mg/L at 60 Degree C. Stainless Steel 316H EFW Pipes has good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 870 Degree C and in continuous service to 925 Degree C. The addition of molybdenum and slightly higher nickel content make Stainless Steel 316H ERW Pipes suitable for architectural applications in severe settings, from polluted marine environments to areas with sub-zero temperatures.
Stainless steel 316H is a grade of stainless steel that is used in the food and beverage industry. It contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which makes it more corrosion resistant than other grades of stainless steel.
316L is a low-carbon steel that is commonly used in applications that require toughness and excellent corrosion resistance. 316H is a high-carbon steel that is easy to machine, weld, and fabricate. The carbon content distinguishes 316L from 316H. Because 316L contains less carbon than 316H, it is more corrosion resistant.
