Tantalum Alloy Coils 'high melting point of 3017 Degree C (boiling point 5458 Degree C) is exceeded among the elements only by tungsten, rhenium and osmium for metals, and carbon. Ta Sheets is also used in chemical process equipment, nuclear reactors and certain parts of missiles, which also helps in maintaining high vacuum, by capturing oxygen and nitrogen in the form of nitrides and oxides. Ta Plates is also used in forming vacuum furnace parts, in thermowells, fasteners and valve bodies.
