ASME SB335 Alloy B2 Bars resists the formation of grain boundary carbide precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition. In a vacuum, ASME SB335 Alloy B2 Rods may be used from 1600 Degree F to substantially higher temperatures.
